Welcome

On behalf of the wonderful members of Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church, we welcome you home.  I knw that at first it may seem likeyou are in a strange place, but really you are home.  Before the beginning of time, God knew that you would be right where you are at this very moment.  I also realize that you may be dealing with so many thoughts and issues right now. God has directed me to tell you that He can handle every one of them in His own time.  He wants you to enjoy your new surroundings and your new beginnings.

When you gave your life to Christ, you became a member of the universal church that began shortly after the Resurrection of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ over 2,000 years ago.  When you complete this discipleship training and receive the right hand of fellowship, you will be a member of a local branch of that universal church.  There will be many things that will be new to you and it may take you some time to figure out some of it.  However, please know tha we are here to assit you as much as you will allow us while you are on this great spiritual journey.

In your orientation training guide, you will find some terms, words and unusual phrases spoken by many Christians.  The guide is here just to get you started. There are so many other things that God is planning to reveal to you through the Bible and the move of the precious Holy Spirit. Let no one fool you, when you received the gift of salvation, you experienced the greatest miracle known to mankind.  If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.  Old things are passed away. Behold, all things become new.

Be good to God and God will be good to  you.
